We can connect you to a street outreach worker who can meet you where you are, provide some basic supplies and help you look for housing. We work with multiple agencies and based on some basic information we can guide you to the most appropriate outreach worker. Some agencies specifically work with youth or veterans or other populations and we can make sure you get connected to people who specialize in what you need!
